• apps.tsv — the ecosystem manifest: every app, path, host, publish identity. The mirror assembler reads it too.
• bin/ardz — status · doctor · workspace · dev · relay · build · release (deploy to IPFS/IPNS) · publish-src (anonymity-gated mirrors) · kit-release (sha-pinned package rollout) · new (scaffold a game) · home.
• templates/HOME.md — the working-notes document dropped into workspace roots so AI sessions start oriented.
